Shipping Information and Charges
The Electrode Store normally ships by United Parcel Service. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are added to your invoice. Heavy and expedited shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges and are determined at the time the order is placed.

Returns and Claims
Authorized returns received after 45 days from the invoice date are subject to a 15% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater. Items must be returned in original condition, clean and undamaged, to qualify for credit. Ship items prepaid, enclosing a copy of the original invoice and a short note citing the circumstances for the return and the Return Authorization number. Your account will be credited for the purchase price of the merchandise, less any restocking charges. No returns on custom items.

Liability
The Electrode Store is not responsible for injury, infection or other damage resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Federal law limits the sale and use of these products to, or on the order of, a licensed physician. Sterilization of multiple-use products, application and use of these products are the responsibility of the user. Pre-sterilized, disposable products are intended for one-time use, only. Re-sterilization or re-use of these products voids any and all warranties.

Pricing
The Electrode Store constantly works to provide the best value to the medical community.  We are working daily to maintain the highest quality in the products we manufacture and price them fairly with an understanding of our customers' budgetary constraints.

A few of our products are imported and their pricing is affected by fluctuations in the international currency market.  In these cases we have been forced to price each lot individually according to the value of the dollar at the time of purchase.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
